I am the co-founder as well as a chemistry teacher at ORBIT Coaching, and my dual roles have helped me connect with each student on a deeper level. Teaching is not just my profession; it is my dream. Through my experiences in both teaching and academics, I have had the privilege of connecting with each student, which drives me to continuously improve and push myself to new heights.
My journey began through teaching in various coaching centers and schools, which played a crucial role in shaping my dream. These early experiences not only refined my teaching methods but also fueled my entrepreneurial spirit. I realized that education could be the foundation for something much larger—something that could positively impact many more students. It was through this understanding that I decided to take the plunge into entrepreneurship.
Starting ORBIT Coaching in 2021 was the realization of that dream, and it would not have been possible without the unwavering support of my friend and co-founder, Pobon. Together, we embarked on this journey with a clear vision but faced many challenges along the way. Each obstacle became an opportunity for us to learn, adapt, and grow. Our shared commitment and belief in our mission kept us going, even in the toughest of times.
Surviving in this field is challenging, especially without extensive experience, but this challenge only fuels my commitment to give my best every day. I believe in constant learning, not only in teaching but also in management. Whether it’s teaching, academic planning, or handling day-to-day operations, I dedicate myself to understanding the needs of the coaching center and its students. If any situation requires action, I am committed to resolving it swiftly and effectively, always giving more than 100% to ensure the best outcome.
At ORBIT Coaching, my focus is clear: every student should receive the highest quality education from our expert team. I also strongly believe in equality—there is no room for discrimination. Every student, regardless of their background, is treated equally, and their growth and success are our top priorities.
My dream is ORBIT. Our vision is simple but powerful: ORBIT Coaching should be the leading institution, not one born from distant places like Kota, but one that thrives right here, driven by local talent and dedication.
